Isaac Munandar is the Co-Founder and CEO of MAXY Academy, an AI-driven EdTech company building an education-to-employment ecosystem across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Since co-founding the company in July 2022, Isaac has led MAXY Academy's growth from a technology bootcamp platform into a full-fledged AI and digital skills ecosystem, steering strategy, growth, and client outcomes across the company's markets.

Andy Febrico Bintoro is the Co-Founder and CTO of MAXY Academy, leading product, engineering, and platform architecture. Andy has been central to building MAXY's AI-powered learning tools since the company's founding, translating its education mission into working technology.
